Creative Pro and purchases that expressly include Pro output rights allow broader commercial use of eligible generated outputs, including sale of physical or digital items, client work, advertising, and derivative works. Non-Pro outputs are for personal, non-commercial use unless separate product terms or written permission say otherwise. You are still responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for the source photo, people, brands, artwork, property, and other material shown in the output.

Some outputs may be delivered with a FotoMedley brand mark, watermark, attribution, or notice. Basic and other non-Pro access may provide only brand-marked versions. Creative Pro can unlock eligible unmarked access. Brand marks may not be removed, hidden, cropped out, or misrepresented unless your account or purchase includes the right to receive an unmarked version.

FotoMedley does not claim ownership of your uploaded photos. You retain the rights you already have. You grant FotoMedley the operational license needed to host, process, transform, display, download, print, fulfill, secure, support, and improve the service.

FotoMedley may use your uploaded content or generated outputs to promote the service only if you make that content public through the service, submit it for promotional use, or otherwise authorize that use.

Uploaded photos and generated outputs may be stored and processed so FotoMedley can provide the service, run AI-assisted transformations, moderate content, save projects, provide downloads, fulfill purchases, and support your account. The Privacy Policy explains the categories of information collected, how service providers may be involved, and how account deletion and retention work.

Upload only content you have the right to use and that complies with the Terms of Service. FotoMedley does not allow unlawful, harmful, exploitative, sexually explicit, hateful, deceptive, privacy-invasive, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content.
